The south Korean military decided to create new units for monitoring and controlling satellites and an air intelligence corps in the air force and organize a submarine headquarters in the navy and a Jeju unit in the Marine Corps.

What merits a serious attention is that the puppet forces decided to deploy a new ground-to-ground ballistic missile capable of "making a preemptive attack on core facilities including the nuclear facilities and missile bases of the north" and keep them ready to go into action.

This is a very dangerous scenario to reorganize the army structure into an offensive style under the signboard of "restructuring" and step up the arms build-up in real earnest in a bid to round off the posture to ignite a war against the north.

Such scenario of the Lee group is a grave provocative act to escalate the military confrontation on the Korean Peninsula and increase the danger of a war to an extreme phase.

The above-said plan is evidence clearly proving the Lee Myung Bak group's evermore reckless scenario for invading the north.

It is none other than traitor Lee who hurls the warmongers into the military provocations against the DPRK.

It is the unanimous comment of the domestic and foreign public that Lee now in the grip of the worst ruling crisis may ignite an adventurous war, bereft of reason.

The DPRK will never remain a passive onlooker to the frantic moves of the Lee group to bring the disaster of a nuclear war to the nation in collusion with outside forces.

It is the firm will of the army and the people of the DPRK to react to provocations with prompt deadly counter-actions and cope with a war of aggression with a just great war for the country's reunification.
