The message said that on the happy occasion of the 64th anniversary of the glorious DPRK, the chairman extended warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un and the great Korean people on behalf of his party and his own behalf.

He said he is very pleased that the DPRK is achieving steady progress under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.

The Korean people have always embodied the immortal Juche idea in their efforts to reconstruct the country and build a modern, independent and self-reliant country, he noted, adding:

The DPRK has achieved fresh successes in the international diplomatic field to create environment favorable for achieving peace on the Korean Peninsula.

We have always supported the DPRK in its stand that all foreign troops should be withdrawn from the Korean Peninsula.

Availing himself of that opportunity, he reiterated the friendship between the Korean people and the Nepali people, the WPK and his party.

He sent a comradely salute to Kim Jong Un.
