In the message the president extended on behalf of the Namibian government and people and on his own behalf the sincerest felicitations and best wishes to Kim Jong Un and the government of the DPRK and its people on the occasion of the 64th anniversary of the DPRK.

He expressed conviction that the good friendly relations between the two countries would grow on a new higher level in the mutual interests of the peoples of the two countries.

Joining the Korean people in celebrating this significant day, he expressed hope that Kim Jong Un would lead his country and people to greater prosperity with fresh energy and determination.

He sent highest regards to Kim Jong Un.
