Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says in a bylined article in this regard:

This is the cunning and vicious trick of the U.S. imperialists to charge the north with "provocation" at any cost.

The U.S. also plans to create favorable international circumstances for realizing the hostile policy against the DPRK.

A matter is that all the U.S. propaganda campaigns of labeling the north as a "provocateur" are followed by war exercises to invade the north.

Clear is the aim sought by the U.S. imperialists in slandering the north while raising a hue and cry over the "provocation" and "threat" from it. They seek to justify their anti-DPRK criminal war exercises which are staged several times a year and provide a pretext for turning war exercises into an actual war any moment.

The U.S. imperialists' assertions are a clear proof of their scenario to stifle the DPRK by a war.

Irony is the U.S. assertion that the DPRK's efforts for self-defence and development constitute provocation and their actions for aggression and war are just.

This is the reversed assertion and brigandish sophism profoundly confusing the right and wrong. The U.S. double-dealing logic based on the hegemonic point of view will not work on the DPRK which regards the independence and dignity as its lifeline.
