He in the message said that he had the pleasure to extend on behalf of the people and government of Cote d'Ivoire and on his own behalf congratulations to Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 64th anniversary of the beautiful DPRK.

He sincerely wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and the friendly Korean people prosperity on that happy occasion.

He expressed belief that the good relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger for the well-being of the peoples of the two countries by the joint efforts.
