Latest scientific and technological achievements were widely introduced, the issues of further expanding exchange and cooperation in the scientific and technological fields discussed in depth and achievements and experience exchanged during the fair, it noted.

The fair developed scientific and technological exchange and cooperation among countries and deepened friendship, contributing to achieving progress and prosperity common to mankind, it stressed.

It extended heartfelt thanks to Kim Jong Un for showing deep concern and solicitude so that the fair could be held successfully.

Brief as our stay in your country was, we had an opportunity to see your country making a leaping forward and were deeply moved to witness the creative efforts of the Korean people pushing back the frontiers of latest science and technology, the letter said.

It expressed belief that the resourceful and diligent Korean people would successfully build a thriving nation in the near future under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.

We will in the future, too, conduct brisk scientific and technological exchange and cooperation through the fair, the letter noted.

It sincerely wished Kim Jong Un good health and greater success in his noble work for the prosperity of the country and wellbeing of its people.
