The president in the message said it is his pleasure to extend, on behalf of the Chadian people and government and on his own behalf, most heartfelt and warm congratulations to Kim Jong Un on the occasion of September 9, the 64th anniversary of the DPRK.

Availing himself of this happy opportunity, the president reaffirmed his firm will to strive to strengthen the friendly and cooperative relations existing between the two countries and peoples.
