The work, published on January 29, 2003, clarifies the idea that the Songun-based revolutionary line, the Songun politics of the Workers' Party of Korea, is an effective political mode in the present era in which President Kim Il Sung's idea and line of giving importance to the army have been carried forward and developed. It also clarifies the idea that it is a scientific revolutionary line and political mode most correctly meeting the requirements of the times and the revolution.
