The president in his message extended the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the people and government of Togo and on his own behalf at a time when the great Korean people were celebrating the anniversary of the DPRK with joy and jubilation.

Availing himself of this happy occasion, the president expressed his sincere satisfaction over the good relations between Togo and the DPRK and reiterated his will to work together with Kim Jong Un to boost and diversify the friendly and cooperative relations for the common prosperity of the two countries.
