The president in his message extended sincere and warm congratulations to Kim Jong Un and the people of the DPRK on behalf of the government and people of Rwanda and on his own behalf on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the DPRK.

Availing himself of that opportunity, the president reiterated his will to boost the good relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

He sent highest regards to Kim Jong Un.
