This event was held on the occasions of the 50th anniversary of President Kim Il Sung's work "On Improving City Management" and the 20th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's work "Let's Further Improve City Management as Required by the Developing Reality".

It was attended by officials, scientists, technicians and working people from the city management field, educational institutions and scientific research institutes in different parts of the country.

The exhibition was held, divided into branches of building, water supply and drainage, air-conditioning, gardening and road and city beautification. Displayed there were more than 100 data in the form of real things, diagrams, etc. and presented there over 200 papers.

- On study on introducing computer-observed and controlled system to sewage treatment plant (the city management institute under the State Academy of Sciences).

- The water feeding pump based on the self-feeding system (the station for water supply and drainage of Taedonggang District).

- Grass-cutter (the City Management Bureau of the Jagang Provincial People's Committee).
