His speech at the celebration banquet on August 25, 2012 "Only Victory and Glory Are in Store for Us Advancing under the Uplifted Immortal Banners Bearing Portraits of Smiling Great Comrades Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il" clarifies the Songun leadership feats of Generalissimo Kim Jong Il.

It calls for making dynamic efforts for a final victory of the revolutionary cause of Juche and the Songun cause of revolution pioneered by Generalissimo Kim Il Sung and led successfully by Generalissimo Kim Jong Il.
