The Asia-Pacific region has become a major front for the imperialists' madcap reactionary and military offensive at present.

The U.S. has attached great importance to the U.S.-Japan military alliance and the U.S.-Japan-south Korea military nexus in realizing its military strategy, the Northeast Asia strategy, in particular.

It cries out for "detente" and "disarmament" in other regions.

However, it has escalated the tension in Northeast Asia while persistently bolstering its line for military confrontation and stepping up its preparations for a war there.

The triangular military alliance is of aggressive and offensive nature. This is clearly evidenced by the fact that it regards the Korean Peninsula, area of primary importance in implementing the pressing goal of the U.S. war strategy, as its first target of attack.

The U.S. works hard to ignite a war in the peninsula to put into practice its reactionary strategy toward Asia and Korea.

The enemies' wild ambition through the formation of the tripartite military nexus and their criminal moves for realizing it pose a grave threat to independence, peace and security of Asian countries.

Only when Asians and other world peace-loving people turn out in actions against the U.S. and south Korean puppet forces' moves to invade the DPRK and the Japanese reactionaries' moves to stage a comeback to Korea, can the triangular military alliance for aggression be checked and foiled.

The army and people of the DPRK will positively fight to hold in check the formation of the above-said alliance and build independent, peaceful and new Asia and world in close unity with Asians and all other world peace-loving people.
