This is prompted by the Japanese reactionaries' sinister scenario to create the atmosphere of danger and fear by misinterpreting the DPRK's development of outer space for peaceful purposes as the "launch of ballistic missile", justify their moves to turn Japan into a military giant and realize their wild ambition for reinvasion at any cost under the pretext of coping with the "missile threat".
