Recalling protest actions that swept various countries following the U.S. movie insulting Islam, he said that China is opposed to any act of insulting Islam and hurting the feelings of Islamism.

He noted that his country is consistent in its stand for mutual respect and equality, not insulting and hurting the dignity of religion.
