The Rostov-Na-Donu Anti-Bourgeois Front of Russia posted on its internet website the answer given by a spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry to the question put by KCNA under the title "The DPRK has become a full-fledged nuclear weapons state to cope with the U.S. persistent hostile policy".

The Nepali newspaper Arpan, conveying this news, carried a statement issued by a spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry which disclosed the illegality of the U.S. military presence in south Korea under the title "U.S. military presence in south Korea is a vivid expression of the U.S. hostile policy towards the DPRK".

The Brazilian newspaper Hora do Povo also carried the statement of the spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry.
