The premier convened consultative meetings after looking round various places of the above-said complexes.

They referred to the need for officials and workers to boost the production of fertilizers for socialist rural areas.

They also took measures to increase production by improving the management of equipment and technical control at the production processes including the process of vinalon fiber. Measures were also taken for relevant units to supply necessary resources and materials.

Earlier, he went round the Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex and convened a consultative meeting.

The meeting discussed measures to increase the production of iron and steel by directing sustained big efforts to the modernization of the production processes and provide coal and electricity to the enterprise on a priority basis.
