The president in his message extended warm congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the Algerian people and government and on his own behalf on the occasion of the 64th anniversary of the DPRK. He was pleased to wish Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and the friendly Korean people progress and prosperity, the message said.

Availing himself of the opportunity, he reiterated his will to make continued efforts with Kim Jong Un to steadily boost the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries and peoples.

He sent the best regards to Kim Jong Un.
