That the bellicose forces of south Korea are going ahead with the construction clearly indicates their black-hearted intention to realize their wild ambition of "unification under the liberal and democratic system" at any cost by escalating the military confrontation, an open challenge to the DPRK.

The regime seeks two things in pushing forward the construction.

One is to tighten the military nexus with the U.S. The other is to garner the votes of the military and the pro-U.S. conservative forces in the forthcoming "presidential election".

The Lee herd of traitors makes no scruple of committing such an act of treachery as offering people's cradle of life to the foreign forces as a nuclear outpost in order to do harm to the fellow countrymen.

It is also a very cause of the tension being screwed up on the peninsula and in the rest of Asia.
