Some time ago, the south Korean puppet defense ministry made public "a proposal for 2030 national defense reform" the keynote of which is to implement the defence budget with priority given to bolstering up the combat capability of the south Korean army.

The proposal called "12-30 basic plan for national defense reform" is a very dangerous scenario to completely round off the posture for igniting a war of aggression against the north.

To this end, the south Korean military authorities plan to increase the defense spending 6-8 percent on an annual average.
