Visiting the venue of interchange with DPRK films and posters on display were delegations and delegates, film makers, distributors and fans from various countries which attended the film festival.

O Hyong Chol, director of the Korea Films Export and Import Corporation, told KCNA that the film festival participants showed great interest in DPRK films.

According to him, agreements were reached on a series of matters related to the export of Korean films in the course of interchange.

There were wide-ranging negotiations on the collaboration for TV dramas and feature films between the DPRK side and film companies of various countries, including China.

The Korea Films Export and Import Corporation had several discussions with a German company to solve technical issues for film production.

The film interchange served as an effective lever in developing the Korean film art, the director said, hoping that the discussions would result in good fruits.
