The speakers said the June 15 joint declaration is a great programme for national reunification provided by the top leaders of the north and the south of Korea, while the October 4 declaration serves as a programme for implementing it.

The south Korean "Saenuri Party", however, is sticking to the undesirable strategy for "collapse," not for exchange and cooperation with the north, they said, calling for totally rolling back the policy of confrontation aimed at bringing the danger of war to the Korean Peninsula.

Park Geun Hye's stand, in particular, to deal with the inter-Korean dialogue within the framework of south Korea-U.S. alliance, is little short of the Lee Myung Bak regime's policy of confrontation, they declared, and went on:

It is impossible to achieve the peaceful reunification of Korea unless the U.S. troops are withdrawn from south Korea and the "Security Law" defining the north as the enemy is repealed.

A candidate standing for the implementation of the above-said declarations should be elected in the "presidential" election this year.

Whoever desirous of reunification, peace and prosperity of the nation should clarify the stand demanding the withdrawal of the U.S. forces from south Korea and the abolition of the "Security Law".
