He said that leader Kim Jong Il performed undying feats in building the WPK by leading the party for several decades.

He went on:

Kim Jong Il consolidated the WPK as an ideologically pure entity, an organizational integral whole and an entity united in action based on the unitary ideology, single central figure and monolithic leadership system.

He steadily developed the WPK into an invincible party deeply rooted among the popular masses and a mother party which formed an integral whole with the people.

The exploits Kim Jong Il performed in building the WPK constitute the most valuable legacy left by him for the country and its people and an eternal foundation guaranteeing the everlasting prospect and victory of the party.

The dear respected Kim Jong Un, identical to President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il in ideology, leadership and virtues, is carrying forward the idea and line of the preceding leaders without the slightest deviation.

The WPK and the people of the DPRK will always advance dynamically along the road of independence, Songun and socialism under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

The WPK headed by Kim Jong Un will be ever-victorious.
