British Organizations Denounce S. Korea's Reckless Military Provocation

Pyongyang, October 2 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the British branch of the Korean Friendship Association made public a joint statement on Sept. 24 in denunciation of the south Korean military provocation against the DPRK.

The statement said:

We bitterly condemn the vicious and foolish provocation perpetrated by the south Korean navy in the waters of the West Sea of Korea on Sept. 21.

This clearly shows the bellicose and aggressive nature of the south Korean puppet army instigated by the U.S.

They not only intruded into the territorial waters of the DPRK but fired bullets and shells at civilian fishing boats.

This was a product of the anti-DPRK moves of the south Korean authorities to preserve the illegal "northern limit line."

Obviously, this provocation not only escalates the tension on the Korean Peninsula but may spark off the second Korean war.

We fully support the principled stand clarified by the Southwestern Front Command of the Korean People's Army.

The south Korean puppet authorities should stop at once the foolish military provocation against the DPRK.
