Present at the seminar were Ri Chol Hui, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Federation for the Care of the Elderly of Korea, officials concerned and staff members of missions of the international bodies here.

At the end of an address the participants of the seminar heard speeches made under such titles as "Aging situation and prospect in the DPRK" and "On health condition of the old persons in the DPRK."

The seminar discussed the successes and experience gained in the work for promoting the health of the aged persons and the orientation of future activities.

The participants watched a video introducing activities of the Federation for the Care of the Elderly of Korea.
