All the processes of the farm including fodder processing and supply, breeding and meat processing are furnished with modern equipment.

The completion of the farm will contribute to the improvement of the living standard of the people in Hoeryong City by increasing the production of meat and varieties of processed pork.

The ceremony of the completion took place on Thursday.

Present there were Vice-Premier Kim In Sik, Jo Yong Chol, minister of Foodstuff and Daily Necessities Industry, Hwang Min, minister of Agriculture, O Su Yong, chief secretary of the North Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, service personnel, working people in Hoeryong City and members of youth shock brigades.

Leader Kim Jong Il made sure that the modern pig farm was built in Hoeryong City, and indicated the orientation and ways for the construction.

The dear respected Kim Jong Un took measures needed for successfully building the farm.

O Su Yong made an opening address at the ceremony.

At the end of the ceremony, the participants toured the farm.
