Present at the talks from the DPRK side were officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs including Vice-Minister Kung Sok Ung and from the Singaporean side members of the delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs led by Permanent Secretary Bilahari Kausikan.

At the talks both sides informed each other of the situation in their countries and exchanged views on boosting the friendly relations between the two countries and issues of mutual concern.
