Upon receiving an order of Kim Jong Un, supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, they started another project for the improvement of the Hapjang River on Oct. 2.

In this regard KCNA met soldier-builders who have turned out in the project with the fixed will to implement the Supreme Commander's order in time.

Jang Jong Ho, a KPA officer said:

"Respected Marshal Kim Jong Un ordered us, servicepersons, to carry out the Hapjang River improvement project. This is an expression of his absolute trust in us. He put forward the KPA as the reliable pillar of the Songun (army-first) revolution.

The project will be finished at a stretch by the servicepersons full of the spirit of devotedly defending the leader and implementing his order to the last."

Ji Ryong Bin, a soldier, said:

"It is our unshakable determination and will to implement any order of the respected Supreme Commander without fail.

We will exert ourselves to finish the project as scheduled, picturing in mind the images of Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk."

Kim Jin Ok, a soldier, said:

"I will fully display the revolutionary soldier spirit in this project, following the great patriotic devotion of the Supreme Commander.

The world will see again how the servicepersons implement the order of Marshal Kim Jong Un, flying high the flag of the Workers' Party of Korea."
