The news agency accused the Japanese chief executive of his remarks made at the UNGA calling for the settlement of the Japan-sparked Diaoyu Islands dispute in accordance with international law while talking about the purpose of the UN Charter.

It continued: What he uttered is reminiscent of a thief crying "Stop the thief!" This is nothing but an excuse of the Japanese government to justify before the world its attempt to grab the Diaoyu Islands by "nationalizing them."

The Japanese stand and method are in fact a violation of the purpose and principle of the UN Charter. Is Japan entitled to talk about international law? It queried.

The Japanese side should bear the inevasible historical responsibility for being a chieftain of fascism during the Second World War, it urged and went on:

Germany, another defeated nation, honestly repented of its past history of aggression and redressed it. Quite contrary to it, Japan has not yet made any apology but even tried to mislead the world opinion and make a mockery of it by using the sacred forum called the UN.

Japan's stubborn and wrong approach towards the issue of the Diaoyu Islands is an expression of its act of deceiving the world people and depriving them of their honor.

It once again reminds the world people that Japan remains a hidden source of disaster in the security and stability of the region and world as it has not made any honest repentance and settlement of its history of militaristic aggression.
