Present there from the DPRK side were the members of the delegation of the DPRK-German Friendship Parliamentary Group led by Chairman Ri Jong Hyok and from the German side the members of the delegation of the Germany-DPRK Friendship Parliamentary Group led by Chairman Stefan Muller and German Ambassador to the DPRK Gerhard Thiedemann.

At the talks both sides exchanged views on the issue of developing the friendly relations between the two parliaments and matters of mutual interest.
