The bulletin carried articles under various titles illustrated with a portrait of a smiling President Kim Il Sung.

In the article titled "67th anniversary of the WPK" the bulletin introduced the fact that the WPK founded by Kim Il Sung has developed into an invincible revolutionary party fully supported by broad masses.

The article titled "Mass gymnastic and art performance 'Arirang'" said:

The dear respected Kim Jong Un enjoyed the performance with Pyongyang citizens on Sept. 16.

The performance impressively showed the past and present of Juche Korea which put an end to the national history full of ups and downs and put its dignity on the highest level as it was led by the outstanding leader. The performance also truthfully depicted the future of eternal prosperity of the DPRK.

The bulletin introduced in detail the fact that the People's Theater has been built in the DPRK as a grand edifice in the era of Songun. Triplets born in the DPRK are growing up under the care of the WPK and state, enjoying all blessings, the bulletin added.
