C.P.Mainali, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist), said that Kim Jong Il developed the WPK into an invincible revolutionary party, party of President Kim Il Sung.

All Korean people hold him as eternal general secretary of the WPK, Mainali noted, and went on:

Kim Jong Il pursued the Songun politics, making sure that the DPRK legitimately ranked itself among nuclear weapons states.

The WPK which was founded by Kim Il Sung and developed by Kim Jong Il will always win victory as it is led by the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Igwanagu Nicholas, chairman of the Nigerian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, said:

What is important among Kim Jong Il's exploits of party building is that he built it into an ideologically transparent integral whole and a party which realized unbreakable cohesion and unity as well as a genuine mother party serving the people.

The chairman of the Kampala City Committee of the Uganda National Resistance Movement, highly praised Kim Jong Il for his feats of developing the WPK into an ever-victorious party.

A message of greeting to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar held in Nepal.
