The secretary general said that it is the fruition of the outstanding leadership of Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, that the people of the DPRK are advancing along the road chosen by themselves with confidence not experiencing any turns and twists after the untimely demise of General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

He noted that his party extends support and solidarity to the struggle of the WPK and people of the DPRK to frustrate the moves of the imperialist forces and defend their just cause, extending warm congratulations to the WPK on its 67th anniversary.

He expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two parties and the two peoples would grow stronger.
