The work, published on April 6, 1993, comprehensively indicates the ways of achieving the great national unity including the need for all Koreans to unite on the basis of patriotism and the spirit of national independence, the issue of promoting co-existence, co-prosperity and common interests, stopping all political strives fostering division and confrontation among fellow countrymen and building confidence and achieving unity between the north and the south.
