The WPK founded on Oct. 10, 1945 made sure that all democratic reforms including agrarian reform and nationalization of major industries were successfully carried out.

The Korean people under the leadership of the WPK not only safeguarded socialism in the worst adversity but laid a springboard for building a thriving nation.

The WPK is arousing all people to a gigantic drive for the building of a thriving nation.

67 years covered by the WPK represent a history of victory and glory in which it has brought about epoch-making changes by leading the people.
