The general secretary said:

The Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) developed into an invincible party thanks to President Kim Il Sung's idea of party building and his wise leadership.

It is the greatest feat of General Secretary Kim Jong Il that he built the WPK into a guiding force of the Songun revolution.

His idea and cause of party building is being successfully carried forward by Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The October 4 declaration is absolutely supported by the Korean nation as it is an action programme for thoroughly implementing the June 15 joint declaration.

I extend support and solidarity to the party and people of the DPRK in their struggle to independently reunify the country with concerted efforts of the Korean nation in line with the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration.
