The statement recalled that Ri Yong Hun, former chief justice of south Korea, on Sept. 22 said the "Yusin Constitution" paved the way for one party dictatorship by abusing the "constitution".

The south Korean ultra-right conservative group made up of diehard pro-U.S., pro-Japanese elements is staging a foolish farce of embellishing fascist dictator Park Chung-Hee, touching off indignation among Koreans, it said, and went on:

Traitor Park Chung-Hee mercilessly suppressed, punished and killed many pro-reunification patriots and other people for 18 years of his rule, turning south Korea into a tundra of human rights and a huge hell on earth ridden with horrible fascist tyranny.

Fascist Park committed too many atrocities against the people to be pardoned.

The "yusin" specter is now reviving in south Korea to turn back the wheel of history, the statement warned, adding:

South Koreans of different social standings are becoming more vocal denouncing the conservative group for embellishing the May 16 military coup and "yusin" dictatorship.

With the approach of October 17, the day when the "Yusin Constitution" was cooked up, south Koreans are intensifying their actions to check and frustrate the attempt of the pro-U.S. forces to stay in power and renewing their will to stir up their enthusiasm in the up-coming "presidential election".

The General Association of Koreans in China and all Koreans in China fully support the just struggle of the south Korean people against the attempt of the pro-U.S. dictatorial forces to stay in power.
