The funfairs originally built under the warm care of Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il have now changed into edifices representing the era thanks to the noble love for people of the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un who regards the people's interests and convenience as a top priority.

Opening ceremonies took place at the funfairs on Tuesday.

Present there were Kim Yong Nam, Choe Yong Rim, Choe Ryong Hae and other senior officials, officials of the armed forces organs, ministries and national institutions, solider-builders, employees of the institutions for funfair facilities management and Pyongyang citizens.

Vice Marshal of the Korean People's Army Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee and director of the General Political Bureau of the KPA, made an opening address at the ceremony held at the Mangyongdae Funfair.

He said the Mangyongdae Funfair was wonderfully rebuilt thanks to the energetic leadership of Kim Jong Un, who is possessed of noble outlook on the country, people and rising generations, and thanks to the spirit of thoroughly carrying out his instructions, patriotism and loyalty of the revolutionary army that heartily responds to the party's calls.

The speaker called on officials and employees of the Mangyongdae Funfair Management Institution to bring about a turn in operating the funfair and make good inspection and management of its facilities so as to contribute to providing the people with pleasant time.

At the ceremony held at the Taesongsan Funfair, Vice Marshal of the KPA Kim Jong Gak, member of the Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee and minister of the People's Armed Forces, made an opening speech.

Kim said the Taesongsan Funfair changed its contents and style in line with the growing requirements of the people for better cultural and emotional life while preserving its peculiar characters, adding it is another edifice that embodies the WPK's deep love of the people.

The renovation of the funfair showed the true picture of Korean-style socialism that advances towards the world to realize the people's ideals, and will enable the people to lead a more rich cultural and emotional life.

After the ceremonies, the participants looked round the funfairs.
