Kim Jong Un Visits Kumsusan Palace of Sun

| Pyongyang, October 10 (KCNA) -- Marshal Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, first chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun at 00:00 on Oct. 10 on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of the WPK together with members of the WPK Central Military Commission and NDC and staff members of the KPA Supreme Command to pay a high tribute to the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. Seen standing before the portraits of smiling Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il was a floral basket in the name of Kim Jong Un. Placed before them were a floral basket in the joint name of the WPK Central Committee and Central Military Commission, NDC, Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly and Cabinet and a floral basket in the name of the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces. Kim Jong Un entered the hall where their portraits are displayed. The head of the guard of honor of the ground, naval, air and anti-air forces of the KPA and the Worker-Peasant Red Guards made a salute towards the portraits. He paid a high tribute to the portraits together with the participants. He entered the hall where Generalissimo Kim Il Sung lies in state. He paid homage to Kim Il Sung together with the participants in humblest reverence. The participants included Choe Ryong Hae, Hyon Yong Chol, Kim Kyong Hui, Kim Jong Gak, Jang Song Thaek, Ri Yong Mu, Pak To Chun, Hyon Chol Hae, Kim Won Hong, O Kuk Ryol, Choe Pu Il, Kim Kyong Ok, Ri Pyong Chol, Kim Myong Sik, Yun Jong Rin, Pak Jong Chon and Kim Yong Chol. |
