Constantin Rotaru, chairman of the Romanian Socialist Union, in a speech said that Kim Jong Il strengthened and developed the WPK into an eternal party of President Kim Il Sung and devoted his all to the prosperity of the country and the happiness of its people.

Kim Jong Il is always alive along with the ever-victorious WPK leading the general advance of the Korean people for building a thriving socialist nation.

Simeon Ignatov, chairman of the Bulgaria-Korea Friendship Association, said that the WPK is an organizer and guide of all victories of the Korean people.
