Kim Jong Un in his message warmly congratulated Hugo Chavez Frias on his reelection as president of Venezuela in the general election in his country.

Kim Jong Un said his stay in the important post as the president of Venezuela is a reflection of the unanimous desire and wishes of the Venezuelan people for the building of an independent, peace-loving and prosperous new society.
