The commentary said:

The DPRK warned the aggressors that they would not be able to escape its missile strike.

It declared that it can strike not only south Korea, the U.S. military bases in Japan but even the U.S. mainland.

This is a reaction of the DPRK to the decision made by the south Korean regime to extend the firing range of ballistic missiles up to 800 km.

An expert of the Institute of the Far East of the Russian Academy of Sciences said that the extension of the missile range by the south Korean regime will keep the whole area of the DPRK within the range of its strike, adding that is why the DPRK's reaction was entirely proper.

It continued:

The U.S. breached the system of the international missile technology proliferation this time by helping south Korea extend its missile range.

The U.S. is seeking its objective by sparking a new missile race on the Korean Peninsula. By allowing south Korea to extend its missile range it took another step against China. Now the south Korean missiles can strike even the depth of China.

The U.S. hinted that it can offer south Korea anti-air information available from a satellite and drones.

This is another plot to build a missile shield in East Asia.

The "missile threat" from the DPRK is nothing but a pretext to build this missile shield.
