This work has been widely studied and disseminated in more than 150 countries and regions.

Foreign countries reported the work and brought it out in booklet.

Many mass media of over 100 countries reported about the work for two months alone after its publication.

Among them were People's Daily of China, Russian Paper Patriot, Prensa Latina, Asahi Shimbun, Bulgarian Paper Tribuna and Equatorial Guinean Radio.

International and regional bodies and foreign political parties and social bodies also carried the work in their magazines and bulletins, and posted it on their Internet homepages.

They include the International Institute of the Juche Idea, the International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions, the Communist Party of Peru (Red Motherland), the Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea, the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy.

Foreign media covered the work under the headings including "HE Kim Jong Il publishes a thesis clarifying the fundamentals of revolutionary party building", "Review on the historical experience and lesson of party building" and "An appeal to the revolutionary parties to unite against the imperialism".

Some foreign countries published the work in booklet.

Among them were Laos, Nepal, Namibia, Mexico, the Czech Republic and Bulgaria.

Personages of foreign political parties, social bodies and the political and public circles adopted and made public resolutions and statements in support of the work.

The Socialist Party of Benin accepted the work and adopted a resolution right after the publication of the work in October 1992.

There took place in several countries and by regional bodies colorful events on the work such as seminar, lecture and reading session.

Among them were Pakistan, Bangladesh, Uganda, Ethiopia, Guyana, Jamaica, Denmark and France.

The work was adopted as a main document at the European regional Juche idea seminar on the times and independence in Europe held in Paris.

The Party for Unity and Progress of Guinea decided to make the work a must book for the party and let all the party members study it. The Workers' Party of Mexico disseminated the work to all the party members. The party is finding solutions to all issues arising in the party activities in the work.

More progressive political parties are considering the work as firm guidelines for building their parties.
