Lee Group's Confrontation with Fellow Countrymen Leads to Its Ruin: Rodong Sinmun

Pyongyang, October 13 (KCNA) -- Traitor Lee Myung Bak of south Korea, more dead than alive, is fated to meet a miserable end as he is becoming evermore crazy in his moves to escalate confrontation with fellow countrymen, says Rodong Sinmun in a bylined article Saturday. It goes on: The fate of the Lee group hangs by a thread as it is in the grip of a serious ruling crisis. It is, however, going more reckless in its confrontation ruckus, dreaming a foolish dream. This is the last-ditch efforts of those taken aback by the DPRK's single-minded unity. The puppet regime's anachronistic policy of confrontation with fellow countrymen has gone totally bankrupt. To make matters worse, the anti-"government" struggle is gaining momentum in all parts of south Korea and the ceaseless disclosure of scandals committed by those in power have thrown the Lee group into an abyss of ruin and deprived it of any haven. The Lee group's fate is just like a falling leaf as it is forsaken by the public and cursed by the whole nation. It is seeking to find a way out of this crisis in doing harm to fellow countrymen and kicking up a row on "security concern". By escalating the confrontation racket the group seeks to bring the situation to an extreme phase of tension in a bid to divert elsewhere the attention of the angry people and prolong its remaining days at any cost. The group's efforts to seek a way out in escalating the confrontation with fellow countrymen and intensifying the war moves are as senseless and foolish an act as precipitating its own doomsday. Confrontation maniacs will not be able to escape the most disgraceful end. |
