The peaceful reunification of Korea is the desire of not only the Korean people but the world progressives.

Korea's peaceful reunification can be achieved only when the U.S. interference is terminated and the independence of the Korean nation is realized.

The Korean people are dynamically pushing forward the building of a thriving socialist nation under the uplifted banner of the Juche idea and the Songun idea, founded by President Kim Il Sung and developed by leader Kim Jong Il.

Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il clearly indicated the orientation and ways for the independent and peaceful reunification of Korea.

All the Korean people can lead an independent life in peace only when Korea is reunified on the basis of the proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo advanced by Kim Il Sung.

The U.S. has hamstrung the efforts of the Korean people for reunification, opposed to the conclusion of a peace treaty with the DPRK.

Under the leadership of the dear respected Kim Jong Un the Korean people are dynamically marching towards the independent and peaceful reunification of Korea as intended by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

The statement expressed conviction that the heroic Korean people will accomplish the cause of reunification without fail despite all difficulties.
