Jimmy Kikoni, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Democratic Congo, said that the WPK is guided by the Juche idea in its activities, the idea that the master of the revolution and construction is the popular masses and they are capable of promoting revolution and construction.

He said that the successes achieved by the Korean people under the leadership of the WPK proved the truth and validity of the Juche idea.

He noted that leader Kim Jong Il authored many works, proving the truth of the revolutionary idea and the scientific theory on socialism of President Kim Il Sung, clarifying the fundamentals for building a revolutionary party and principles governing party activities.

He said that Kim Jong Il's works serve as an encyclopedia on socialism.

Manik lal Shrestha, chairman of the Nepal-Korea Friendship Association, said that it is the truth of history that victory of the cause of revolution can be won only under the leadership of a revolutionary party.

He noted that the WPK has wisely led the Korean people only along the road of victory in every period and at every stage of revolution and construction.

The WPK will further develop into the Juche-type revolutionary party conducting all activities independently and creatively in the interests of the people and in conformity with the specific conditions of the country, guided by the Juche idea in the future, too, he said.
