The Brazilian Center for the Study of the Juche Idea posted an article titled "The 15th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's election as general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea" illustrated with photos introducing Songun Korea.

Elected general secretary of the WPK at the end of the last century when the DPRK underwent the worst trial, Kim Jong Il increased the country's political, ideological and military might in every way, holding higher the banner of Songun, the article said, and went on:

The 4th Conference of the WPK made a decision to hold Kim Jong Il in high esteem as eternal general secretary of the WPK as he protected the dignity and sovereignty of socialist Korea and developed the WPK into an invincible revolutionary party with his Songun leadership.

The new monumental edifices that have sprung up in Pyongyang to suit the appearance of the prospering DPRK are the fruition of the patriotic devotion Kim Jong Il made by working heart and soul for the country's prosperity and that of Kim Jong Un who carries forward his intention.

The WPK will put into practice the idea and cause of Kim Jong Il under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

The Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship edited an article dealing with the undying exploits performed by Kim Jong Il for party building and immortal Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism.
