The south Korean authorities announced a new "missile guidance agreement" on Oct. 7 after repeatedly having confabs for revising "missile guidelines" with the U.S., their master, for a long period, the statement recalled, adding:

The U.S. and the south Korean puppet regime share interests in rounding off the preparations for a preemptive attack on the north under the pretext of coping with its "threat".

The south Korean regime is seeking to secure the capacity to strike all areas of the DPRK with missiles. Proceeding from this, it realized its design to extend the firing range of ballistic missiles and joined the U.S. missile shield through the recent negotiations in a bid to ignite a war against the north at any cost.

It was the sinister scenario of the U.S. to allow the south Korean forces to extend the firing range of ballistic missiles in an effort to bolster the capacity for attacking the north and thus use them as a shock brigade for a war against the north and, at the same time, plug south Korea into its moves for building missile shields in the Asia-Pacific region and establish its unchallenged position there.

The U.S. and the south Korean regime, however, are seriously mistaken.

Their reckless racket for a war against the DPRK is little short of an act of digging out their own graves.
