Present there on invitation were the members of the delegation headed by International Secretary Lapo Pistelli and the acting representative of the mission for the development and cooperation of the Italian Foreign Ministry.

Secretary Kim Yong Il, Vice Department Director Ri Yong Chol and other officials of the WPK Central Committee were present there.

Kim Yong Il and Lapo Pistelli made speeches at the reception.

The speakers referred to the significance of the friendly relations between the WPK and the DPI.

They expressed intention to contribute to more developing the cooperative relations between the two parties and the two peoples.
