The message extended congratulations to Kim Jong Un on the 67th anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea, an event of great significance for the DPRK.

It said that thanks to the wise guidance of the WPK the DPRK has achieved great successes in building society based on the principle of the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung and developed by leader Kim Jong Il.

Under the leadership of Kim Jong Un the WPK is carrying out important tasks for improving the living standard of the citizens of the DPRK, developing the country's productivity and maintaining peace on the Korean Peninsula amid new historical circumstances, it noted.

It wished Kim Jong Un great success in his work to carry out all the plans put forth by the WPK and boost friendship and cooperation between Russia and the DPRK.
